The mission of the Italian Cultural Center, Inc. is to preserve and celebrate authentic Italian culture by providing a community services link between the people of Italy and Italian-American residents of the United States.

Who We Are and What We Do
We promote the study of Italian art, architecture, music, fashion, artisanship, cooking, history and politics, language and regional traditions of the native families of Italy in America by hosting a wide variety of community events.
Our non-profit organization prides itself in our fund raising initiatives and community service efforts working for the benefit of the Italian and Italian-American community residents living in Maryland.
The belief that all members of world culture can benefit from learning more about the cultural traditions of Italy is the driving force behind our community outreach efforts.
We work to celebrate our Italian heritage in such a way that our gatherings are enjoyable and educational for any and all individuals who have an interest in Italy — even those who may have no genetic or immediate family roots in the country.

Serving the Italian American Community
The Italian Cultural Center of Maryland provides a nationwide forum for the exchange of ideas of international portion through language studies, lectures and demonstrations, exhibitions and special holiday events.
We offer an intimate view and experience of Italian life in its past, present and future outlooks to enable our local Maryland and Midatlantic regional community to appreciate and enjoy Italy’s many contributions to the world scene.
The Italian Cultural Center of Maryland is above all else a non-profit organization that thrives through the generous donations of the community at large, and is eternally grateful to our devoted volunteers, sponsors, and benefactors help with both finances and special event promotion.
