Things to Do
The Italian Cultural Center offers residents and visitors to the Midatlantic region a variety of fun things to do in and around the city of Baltimore, Maryland. Our volunteers help to entertain, educate, and inform our guests about the culture of Italy, while our paid professional staff works diligently every day to make sure wonderful activities and educational opportunities continually happen. We routinely offer special events, public and private classes, informational workshops and lectures based on the themes of the following subjects. Often, our activity focus is related to discussions of past and contemporary history of Italy. However, more often than not we simply offer things to do for a wonderful day, week, or month that invites the public to join us in celebration of our Italian cultural heritage.

Social networking in Italy happens between family — and Italians treat all new people that we meet (and friends) like beloved distant cousins.
What else can we say? The trouble with Italian food is you eat it and three days later you are hungry again… and once you make a friendship connection with someone from Italy, you have a friend for life. We invite you to get to know our people, to learn more about our cultural history and heritage, and to become personally acquainted with the joy of living a life filled with all things Italian.
